Was very excited to pick up Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. It seemed like a very funny concept to have a Smash Ultimate alternative that featured a lot of my the characters I grew up with. The idea of playing as Nigel Thornberry has me rolling with laughter, so when this went on sale for $19.99 I picked it up immediately. Early reviews mentioned that there were no character voices which I hoped didn’t impact gameplay, but alas it makes this game feel like a shell of what it could have been. The characters feel static and it feels like an unfinished product. I encourage everyone to try this game because it will make you appreciate what a big triumph Smash Ultimate is. You will also quickly realize that anything more than $15 is over paying for this title. The character graphics, moves and level designs are the strength of this game - but it does not make up for what this game is lacking.
